If you've tried that and it's still not working, be sure that you are in a location that has a strong wireless signal.  Some of the dorm lobbies and some apartments in Hillside are currently having trouble finding the printer due to signal issues.  Try changing locations to see if BruinPrint becomes available as a printer.
